Key Findings

Compound 1 (5-acetoxy-6-geranyl-3-n-pentyl-1,4-benzoquinone) displayed weak anti-MRSA activities, moderate anti-leishamial, mild anti-malarial activity. Compound 5 (Cannflavin C) displayed moderate anti-leishamial activity. Compound 9 (6-prenylapigenin) displayed moderate anti-MRSA activity and mild anti-malarial activity. Compound 10 (Cannflavin A) displayed strong anti-leishamial activity. Compound 11 (beta-acetyl cannabispiranol) displayed weak anti-leishamial activity.
