Psychobiological Responses To Aerobic Exercise In Individuals With Posttraumatic Stress Disorder

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Key Findings

Improvements in mood, reduction in pain, correlated with increases in endocannabinoids (circulating concentrations of N-arachidonylethanolamine (AEA), 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), and oleoylethanolamide (OEA) significantly increased following the aerobic exercise session for both groups).
